Does the software need Outlook installed?
No. Add PST files from a drive and export them to PDF with no Outlook profile on the computer.
Which PST items convert to PDF?

What is Bates numbering and why use it?
Bates numbers stamp a serial ID on every PDF page. Legal and compliance teams use them to cite and track documents. Set the position of the number in Bates settings.
Can I add a date stamp to the PDF files?
Yes. Date stamping sits in the same settings area as Bates numbers.
Can I set the PDF page size and margins?
Yes. Choose Letter, A4 or A3 and set Portrait or Landscape. Top, left, bottom and right margins are adjustable and header and footer text is optional.
Can I convert several PST files in one job?
Yes. Use File Mode for single files and Folder Mode for an entire folder of PST files. Batch conversion has no stated size limit.
Can I export only some emails to PDF?
Yes. Tick the items or folders in the preview and apply a date filter with a start and end date. Category selection narrows the job to mail, contacts or calendars.
