What is a WAB file?
Outlook Express creates a WAB file to store names, email addresses, phone numbers and other contact details.
Where does the WAB file sit by default?
Look in the Address Book folder under Microsoft inside your user profile Application Data folder.
Can the software convert WAB contacts to PST?
Yes. Select PST and the software creates a Unicode PST you can open in Outlook.
Can I get a CSV for Excel or Google?
Yes. Both Excel CSV and Google CSV work.
Can I convert many WAB files together?
Yes. Add many files and convert any number of contacts in one pass.
Does the software need Outlook Express?
No. Conversion works with no Outlook Express on your computer.
Does the software need Outlook?
No. You need Outlook only to open the PST output.
