Can the software recover data from a pen drive?
Yes. Connect the drive, click Scan or Formatted Scan, then preview and click Save.
Which drives does the software scan?
USB flash drives, USB mass storage devices and memory cards work on every USB generation.
Which brands work?
SanDisk, Kingston, Transcend, Sony, HP, Toshiba, PNY and Lexar drives work.
Which file systems work?
NTFS, FAT32, FAT16, exFAT and HFS+ work. Data moves between NTFS and FAT drives too.
What is the difference between Scan and Formatted Scan?
Scan fits corrupt and deleted data. Formatted Scan fits formatted drives.
Can the software recover photos and videos?
Yes. Photos, videos, documents and other files come back. Deleted items show in red.

No for physical damage. Software repairs logical damage only. Drives that Windows cannot detect need a service center.

Yes. Refund requests are accepted for 30 days under the RecoveryTools refund policy. Software bought without a demo evaluation does not qualify. Email a signed Letter of Destruction to sales@recovery-tools.org. Bundle purchases cannot be refunded.
