The tool enables users to split OST according to size. Users can define size (in Megabytes (MB) and Gigabytes (GB)) so that they can have multiple files of same size.

Split OST by Date

OST Splitter has an option to divide OST file according to date. Users can set a specific date to filter emails. The tool will create two files; one contains data of previous & assigned date whereas other contains data of subsequent dates.

Break OST by Year

Using this option, users can split OST file yearly by choosing year in 'From' and 'To' boxes. The tool creates multiple files as per year selected. If a user has selected year 2010 to 2015 then the tool will create six files separately for each year.

Split OST by Folder

OST Splitter Tool provides one more method to have multiple files by splitting Outlook OST file by folder. For instance, the application creates individual files for each folder and thereafter split the folder by size according to user-defined value.
